21.01.2022 As you all are aware that we are now restricted to 30 minute services, for most services to be completed in 30mins I believe is not practical, possible with out rushing nor quality. I was already preparing to close for next week that was IF we were able to get through this week. I am sadden to say that we will not even get that far. I knew it was only a matter of time. So as of end of trade tomorrow night ( weds 25th 8pm) we will be closed until further notice. The girls and ...I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive THANK YOU to all our family, friends and clients during this time and trying to support us as much as they could. We appreciate more then you know. All future appointments will be put on hold until we are able to return. To all our friends family and clients please stay safe and healthy, try and have a fabulous Easter and we will see you on the other side of this. Many thanks Dom, Georgie, Tala, Bec and Layla See more

16.01.2022 Ok people I’m getting a lot of messages and phone calls about the lift still even after I had already done a post. Here are my honest thoughts. Yes we are allowed to work, but by working we are putting our selves, kids and other people at risk. I have been told by many if we choose to shut we get NO help from the government from the stimulus package, but the government is begging for people to stay home. Mr PM which one is it???? Work or stay home???? Politicians always m...ake sure there is a fine print so nothing can fall back on them. So until the PM finds a better and safer way I will closed and have the risk of no money to support my child. Her health means more to me then $$$. By going to work we are kinda in the front line....and while most people are staying home we are making less money then before and still have the normal over heads of running a business and then have add extra cost of making sure that employees and clients health are safe. Mr PM if you don’t really want too help the small businesses with the package and you want us to work then provide us with correct Protective supplies so we can keep working and not put us or anyone else at risk, because this social distancing is impossible in our job, and for short people like me it’s super impossible. I stand 10cm-20cm at any given time from my client. Your information and rules are contradicting and way too bloody confusing. And while you make all theses press releases I have notice you and your possie have great clean cut and for some coloured hair. So clearly your not taking your own advice on the social distancing. Most people in parliament should have shit looking hair like the rest of the people who chose to listen to you and stay home. Typical one rule for the big blokes of world while us little fellas get left behind. Please feel free to share. Hair dresses and beauty people of the state the PM really doesn’t get it.

12.01.2022 Yes we are re opening next week. Georgie and I will be working tuesday - Friday and because of the size of my salon we can only have one client each in at a time. Please be patient with us as we will try and fit everyone in. We will be operating like this until the end of the Month or until the restrictions change. I’ll be in the salon this arvo from 5.30pm taking phone calls for your appointments.

04.01.2022 Just a little up date, yes I have seen and heard the restrictions have been lifted which is amazing but here is where we are feeling conflicted. The government is really getting annoying that people are not staying home to help contain this. They are saying unless it is absolutely essential you leave your home you can. In my eyes hair is essential, I love my job and I love giving people bounce in their step and making them feel good but at what cost. People heath is not wor...th the $$$ at the end of the day. If we open we are then encouraging people to come out of their homes and for each person leaving there home is not helping to contain this. Georgie and I both have kids and for every person we around we are playing Russian roulette with our Health and then going home to our kids. I am seeking advice on what to do and at point we will Remain closed until I get the correct advice on how to move forward. Dom xx
