19.01.2022 Hi all :-) I hope you have enjoyed your holiday season! I have been taking much needed time out with my kids and have been working on so many plans for the business for this year. Unfortunately these won't be going ahead :-( Sadly, I just don't have enough financially to compete with other soap businesses that have a larger income to begin with. I tried to specialise my soaps to an area that isn't well catered for, but the majority of people asked for the more mainstream prod...ucts. I have done my best to date to also cater for these people. I also kept my soaps very affordable, to the point I was barely making a profit as my vision was to sell more to make my profit that way rather than a large profit from each product! I have donated more than I have sold!!! I did my very best to make sure every customer was happy with my products and went above and beyond to cater for my custom orders, in a very timely fashion yet still kept very affordable. Even at CLEARANCE PRICES, way below cost, I couldn't sell my products even though other soap businesses are doing well. So I'm not sure why mine is struggling so much but I think I'm better off cutting my losses now rather than increase them. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every person that has supported me in some way, shape or form. From purchasing products, to words of encouragement, to testing products and giving feedback/ideas, to helping me get into the public eye as much as possible with the least expense. I truly appreciate you all. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!! HAVE A GREAT YEAR
