18.01.2022 The very first dish I ever made at 12 years of age was this divinely delicious "Pastitsio". Its one of the few Greek dishes my mum couldnt cook as they didnt do so in her part of Greece. Pastitsio is penne pasta, with deliciously spiced beef mince topped with bchamel sauce grated cheese & baked. These babies a fresh out of the oven tonights indulgence.
