15.01.2022 Embracing Newness You are still whole and there is more to you. The past really can have an effect on you...but what if this present moment could have an effect on you too? For every single thing in the past that has left you disappointed, heartbroken, or feeling like a failure, I hope you know there are things in the present moment that can leave you feeling like maybe, after everything, you can have hope again. You can learn a new song again. You can believe in love again.... I am sure you’ve heard a thousand times of the importance of letting go of the past but I just hope you know that when that sentiment does not last, and the burden of yesterday cast a shadow on today, that your story is still being written even if you don’t quite know The How, and when you can’t quite figure out how those wounds will truly heal. You can still pursue peace as a moment by moment thing, knowing that even when you face uncertainty, you are still free to breathe.So even here, dare to hold to hope. Trust that as long as breath leaves your body, you have more road to go. The past did not define you, even when you still bear the wounds. You are free to believe amidst the brokenness, you are still whole and there is more to you. And it’s okay to not know what more to you looks like. It’s okay to wonder hour by hour through the wild of what that means. Because this, right here, is living. This is learning what it means to come alive and thrive where you are...knowing that even though the past affected you deeply, it did not keep you from being here. It did not keep you from getting to know what was on the other side of everything that happened that year. The past really can have an effect on you, but this brand new day can affect you too...reminding you on the other side of the dusk, morning came filled with Light and found you.Now is the time to embrace what is new. 10.01.2022 For the one who is waiting: You are not wasting time. Perhaps, in the waiting, you are not wasting time, but doing the hard work of finding new rhythms in a quieter, slower version of life. Though the clock ticks loudly to the left, and the world moves quickly right before you, and all you can seem to think about is all that should've been figured out by now, may you whisper, 'Be still, Be still my soul.... Even here even here I am whole.' Because after all the time you spent trying to make this work, going over every conversation, questioning your feelings, doubting your worth, wondering what you missed and why none of this makes sense, even then, your soul was still in place. You were learning and you were growing, at a gentle, graceful pace. Even though you still wake up some days facing all the change, moments no longer shared, rooms that don't feel the same, you are not missing out on what was meant for you. You are not missing out on what was meant for you. Light is still pouring through, ever-preparing you and ever-shaping you for the long, yet beautiful journey into the depths of the life you have been called to. Enter into the depths of this present moment and discover that what is beautiful is abundanthope, joy, peacethey are not attached to a particular person, place, or thing. 07.01.2022 In the last five and half years, I can’t believe how I’ve achieved and how much I gotten further with my life but most Importantly how much I’ve change to be the best woman I can be. I achieved business goals I thought never possible, now to think that I keep on smashing goals and my achievements that I make for myself. I was in a dark place back in 2016 and now look at me a positive outgoing woman! Just to think I come this far let’s see how much further I can get smashing my goals and achieving these goals unlike ever before!

06.01.2022 The Courage to Let Go Dare to look beyond your fears. You never know what will happen when you let go. When you finally let go of the fear that you won’t be enough. When you finally start to wonder if maybe, this season can still be meaningful if it’s completely different than what you thought it would be. Yes, your heart will miss what was. You may find grief. You may find that you still have this anxious mind. I hope you also find freedom. Freedom. Freedom to trust that eve...n though letting go of what was might feel like the ultimate embodiment of emptiness and being alone, you are opening up. You are being strengthened. Grace is more than enough for you here. Dare to look beyond your fears. Say goodbye to the worries that you are not worthy and it’s too late for life to be meaningful. Let this the July you always remember. The July you chose to say: I never knew I had it in me. I never knew I had the strength to do this, and here I am. Here I am, learning to come alive, through the wild of letting go. Early this year, I thought it was over for me. But now, I am so grateful that I chose courage and I kept going. I may not know what tomorrow looks like, but I have found a river filled with life. I am daring to trust I can breathe in these unknowns. 05.01.2022 You are changing in beautiful ways Hold on. Keep trusting.One day you will look back and be so glad you chose to not give up on love. You will look back and see that even amidst the brokenness, the openness led to healing and hope that even though you had lost so much, there was still more life to go. You will find that even though love looks different than what you expected, you were still being directed, and love was still abundant. Grace was still abundant, and you were fr...ee to fall into the rhythms of trusting. Trusting that no matter what was missing, there was still room in this world for your tired soul to see: you had not yet seen everything you were meant to see. You had not met yet everyone you were meant to meet...including your future self. And all along, you were worthy of love, belonging, and joy just as much as anyone else.Having hope for the future does not mean you think everything will go perfectly and according to plan. It means you are choosing to believe you can keep an open hand. To hold the flower. The paintbrush. The camera. The fruit. Any little thing that reminds you: after everything, you are free to keep going.
