25.01.2022 Women's Skins will be proceeding next weekend (15-17 January). Our teams are local ACT and Regional NSW-based only, so at the time of posting, the tournament is not covid-affected. Teams should be prepared to play from Friday afternoon, with a draw to be provided in coming days! ... Note: individuals that have been to COVID-affected areas cannot attend, as per ACT Government advice on border closures.

The lads will be out and about at various times throughout the season, proudly sporting their hi-vis shirts, so make sure you say hi! Due to the impact of bushfires and covid, the boys are casual employees rather than full time staffers, but they’re all keen and ready to have a go! As a state sporting organisation, Softball ACT is apolotical, but we are extremely excited to remind our members that due to an election promise that Hawker International Softball Centre will finally have LED lighting upgrades! Softball ACT will now work with Sport and Recreation Canberra and other government departments to make... sure the upgrades are delivered as soon as possible! 01.01.2022 Unfortunately, the Australia Day Carnival for 2021 has been cancelled. This is on the back of the recent COVID-19 outbreaks in NSW and Victoria - rather than waiting and dealing with 'what if' scenarios, Softball ACT has taken the proactive step to make an early call to allow attendees to cancel their trips and potentially organise other options for Australia Day. Softball ACT understands that this will cause frustration - we are frustrated ourselves, particularly after the... bushfires last year - but this is the right call to make. Please share with your friends, and look towards next year when we relaunch the Carnival for 2022.
