13.01.2022 Message from one of our members from Hahndorf div2 mens. We’ve lost a catchers mask(full face-helmet type) after our umpiring on D1 4:30- pirates v Echunga. I had put it down in the Pirates area whilst signing off the card and when I went to pick it up it was gone. I checked with both teams who were happy to search for it at the time but nothing has turned up. Just wondering if anyone has it by accident and for it to be returned to the team? If found, please contact Hills Softball Association Facebook.

13.01.2022 Hi All No games tomorrow morning. Our diamond inspector has reported that we could possibly lose some of our smaller players in the mud, particularly on D1. Play will resume from the 12:30 time slot. Enjoy your sleep in. Kelvin

12.01.2022 The NFA Pirates Softball Club have been competing in the Adelaide Hills Softball Association, since their inception in 2017. NFA stands for ‘no fixed address’, ...meaning they welcome players from all suburbs, backgrounds and walks of life. It’s the club’s first year taking part in the People’s Choice Community Lottery and they hope to use the funds to expand their equipment and merchandise collection. As a small club that hasn’t existed for long, their aim is to continually increase their membership and community. Playing for fun and not just to win, they’re confident that every person who takes the field as a Pirate is proud of the club and what they achieve together. They love the Community Lottery as it’s a simple way to fundraise and 100% of proceeds go straight to the club. The more funds they raise, the more they can grow to become bigger and better than ever. To support the Pirates, you can buy $2 tickets at www.communitylottery.com.au today.

12.01.2022 Watch the past elite mens players of our state compete against the current U16 SA Boys team at Anembo Park on Sunday 13th December! First game is at 10am!!!

09.01.2022 Hi All Unless we get a hot desert wind this afternoon there will be no softball tonight. I think that it is highly unlikely so you can stay home tonight; or not. To excasabat the situation, the sprinklers are on. Stay tuned for a report on playing tomorrow morning. Kelvin.

08.01.2022 Hills Softball is now infested with QR codes please ensure you scan your phone as soon as you arrive

07.01.2022 Hi All As most of you are aware, Riverland is looking for at least two players for their C grade side in S.S.C. We have had players join them in the past so they can enter a team and they have enjoyed playing with them immensely. You are not bound to accommodate with them. If they can't fill their squad, they may have to withdraw and that would be to the detriment of everyone. Can anyone help?... Kelvin Williams President Hills Softball Association.

04.01.2022 Hi All. Here we go again. Sports etc have been cancelled for two weeks. Therefore there will be no softball for that period. Games, training or anything. You are encouraged to play from home! There's a chance it may be reconsidered earlier, we'll keep you posted. Kelvin
