07.01.2022 Unfortunately, due to the increase in clients simply not showing up to their appointment, we at Soho have implemented a new cancellation policy. -You receive a text message 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you respond to your text as soon as possible so we receive your confirmation that you’re able to attend your scheduled appointment. -If we haven’t received a response within 24 hours prior to your appointment we will contact you by phone. -A failed respons...e the night before will result in your appointment being cancelled by Soho. -After two attempts by us to confirm your appointment and you simply don’t show will result in Soho requesting you pay the full amount of your desired treatment upfront when rebooking. By working with us this allows the team to be able to contact other clients on the cancellation list and fill your appointment time. We are a small business, like many, who has gone through one of the toughest, financial times yet. Please be respectful and simply respond to your message.
