13.01.2022 Are You OK? Day... Sometimes we find it too hard to answer this question. We would rather reply I’m fine I’m great everything is awesome when we know it’s not but life is just too hard to answer honestly. The weight on our souls, our mind and our physical body is just too heavy to open up to release the weight. I get it...... I’ve been there... I also see this on clients everyday. I can see it in your eyes or feel it in your physical body. I can sense the pain that you may be struggling with. We are dealing with great change. Huge amounts of chaos and so many thoughts, opinions and of course ‘theories’ On top of any normal daily life hurdles. Life is difficult but we’ve got this! Solace...a place of comfort. I don’t ask questions. You don’t have to share. But you will leave feeling lighter We are a Holistic practice. I don’t just treat the physical body. I treat you as a whole! Mind, body and soul Are You OK? When you notice someone is not, just sit with them. Hold space. Build trust. Just let them know you’re there. Give space to breathe. That’s all we need sometimes. She has been one of the greatest blessings, like an angel on earth. We have been through so many highs and lows together, as has the clinic! One thing that is for certain is that Solace has not only survived but thrived even through the toughest times and given me and my boys a good life over the past decade. For this I am truly grateful. 08.01.2022 We are in times of great change. Many of us have had to learn to adjust to different situations pretty quickly, whether we’ve wanted to or not. For some, these changes have had positive outcomes of new beginnings and reminders of what’s important in their lives. For others the changes have not had such a positive outcome and for some maybe not so great to begin with but now that we’ve learned to deal with ‘the new’ maybe it’s not so bad. Whoever you are. Whatever your situat...ion and whatever changes have made over the last 4-5months we can all agree that in someway it has affected every single one of us!
