25.01.2022 What's up! It's ya girl Solandra. Just want to say a quick hello! I would love to encourage you & say these three things: 1. You may have been a dreamer once, and now you've lost all hope in being able to do what you actually want to do. Friend, the good news is that you just have to start! It doesn't need start as a full working commitment (yes, it can grow into that), but just start, even if it's just once a week.... 2. Your self worth isn't based on what you do. Why? Because what you DO is an overflow of who you ARE. Trust me, you don't need a job title (wife, mum etc.) to form your identity for you. You are YOU FIRST & also just happen to be an 'X''Y' or 'Z'. Does that make sense? 3. Don't let your past hold you back. Instead, let it transform you. What have you learnt from past disappointments? I think I know. It hurts & it sucks! BUT GUESS WHAT!? You're still here & breathing! Hooray! Which means you are not defeated (even though it may feel like it) & you have the power to re-write your story! What do you want? Go for it! And there ya go, I'm not a psychologist or counsellor & I highly suggest you go see one. Give yourself that extra boost! See more
