This #WellnessWednesday Siena shares her Healthy Buddah Bowls 101. 2+ cups of vegetables (cooked or raw.) 1 cup of root vegetables (sweet potato, pumpkin etc.) 1/2-1 cup protein (quinoa, hemp seeds, chickpeas, edamame, salmon, chicken, eggs etc.)... 1-3 TBSP of healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, nuts, seeds etc.) Bonus points if you add sprouts, herbs, spices & ferments.
