25.01.2022 This particular roof was in reasonable condition. It required a heavy duty pressure clean, followed by some basic pointing repairs. A classic shade of Heritage Red in Insultec was applied at a rate of 500 micron. Up to 10 times thicker than a normal coat of paint. A reduction in running times for the aircon was noted, as well as a cooler house when no air con was used.
13.01.2022 Pre 1980's asbestos roof in fair condition. Insultec Asbestoseal and Heat Reflective Membrane has been applied to contain asbestos fibres and provide a cooler building.
08.01.2022 Complete Encapsulation of roof, walls and fixtures. Reslting in a cooler house with out the need for expensive air conditioning.
03.01.2022 Large factory located in the Southern Highlands. Heat reflective membrane and 600m of fibreglass skylight sheeting to reduce carbon footprint and provide a comfortable working environment.
