07.01.2022 For homeowners with solar panels installed; seeing their own excess solar energy feed back into the grid during the day, only to be charged to get it back in the evening is enough to make anyone want to go rogue from big energy and completely step off the grid. But is it really as bad as it seems? Is it time to buy a solar storage battery?
07.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new! This customer in Clifton Hill is upgrading their old 1kW system to a new Trina and Enphase micro-inverter system rated at 6.4kW. This image illustrates the rapid change in solar technology over the years - the old panels on the right produce 170W and the new Trina Honey M Plus panels on the left product produce 305W.... That's a whopping 80% increase in output for a very similar sized panel, which in today's terms probably only costs about 30% of the old panel Enphase Australia & New Zealand
