Real estate tokenization allows property owners to issue tokens through blockchain platforms. These tokens represent a certain amount of shares for some real estate asset. This effectively lowers the entry threshold for potential investors. At the same time, they have the freedom to sell any amount of their shares whenever they want and they can do this even through some other online market. In most cases, such models use smart contracts, another marvel brought about by the era of blockchain. If you havent had a drink of water in the past hour, get one. If you havent eaten something in the past few hours, grab a light, healthy snack like nuts or fruit. Take a break. A 10-minute walk around the office park, stroll through the office chatting with employees .... Get enough sleep. You must make time to sleep or youll end up on an endless hamster wheel of tiredness. Get physical. When things get too stressful, do some sort of physical exercise to recharge your batteries and defuse stress. Build connections. Keeping your connections with friends, loved ones and relatives thriving while running a business can be hard, but is vital to soothing your stress. Dont overthink it. Perfectionism generates unnecessary stress. Worrying about every possible outcome of an action or endlessly assessing your options leads to analysis paralysis and a stress spiral.
