However Amer and his team has taken this experience to another level. They are definitely the masters in this industry. Trust me, as a researcher by profession. I did my extensive research, talked to countless sellers, But Amer definitely stood out from the pack for the followi...ng reasons. 1. His knowledge, not only was he selling his product, but he was educating me through detailed explanations and facts. 2. Price, of course price will be the reason you choose or reject... he is by far the most competitive bang for your buck supplier I have found in Melbourne 3. Communication, I dont know how he does it but his response rate is amazing! 4. The team is extremely respectful to my family and neighbours. Great team you have. 5. Quality, and attention to detail, instead putting the inverter closer to the switchboard (which would be easier) they went above and beyond and suggested a better location so it looks neater! Thank you 6. They are extremely humble and very respectful to their competitors. Never once did they talk a competitor down. A lot of other suppliers I contacted talked their competition down!
