Gutters were overflowing which is a very bad thing to have happen as it will start to push the leaves inside your roof cavity under the sheets and cause major problems with water and rotting your studs and batterns inside your roof have your gutters and roof cleaned now! Also the installation of an awesome solar fan to suck that heat out of the roof cavity! Trust me it was hot in there while I was crawling around in there! Not now!!

21.01.2022 Bit of a mixture 2day, cleaned up a very sad looking pool area so much mud in my teeth should shut my mouth ! Mouldier than usual from all the rain weve had, then solar hot water that came up good as new! Everyone was very happy with the results message or call now to book me in. 19.01.2022 Gday guys had a reasonable size job to do over the last couple of days on a very very nice paved area that my clients spend a lot of their time looking over the pool and entertaining friends and family, there were a lot of inconsistent marks on the pavers where pots and chairs and things had been sitting and where the sun had bleached the pavers in spots so after the clean I advised that we go down the path of adding an oxide tint to the sealer so that we dont highlight the imperfections but we cover them. 18.01.2022 SOLAR FANS Hope everyone had a great Christmas and new year break. We did and got away for a great relaxing trip up the top lucky Im used to the heat on the roofs, she was warm! Well lets cool more Homes Sheds Factories... down with these great solar fans. they are extracting an amazing amount of 2100 cubic meters of HOT MOIST air per hour compared to the original whirly bird at 100 CBMh. Theres really not enough I can say about how awesomely great these fans are at taking the hot humid air out of the top of your ceiling that seeps into your home causing you to swelter and crank the air con into the night.. Not to mention the mould problems!! These fans solve that problem by removing it at an amazingly fast rate compared to the colour bond roof vents and whirly birds that very slowly just creeps out whilst more is heating up around it. Ive actually installed one solar fan in between 2 colour bond roof vents because they really dont do much at all to control the hot air in your roof. 10.01.2022 With the last lot of rains we have been re screwing roofs with premium roofing screws also re pop riveting and silicone ridge capping that has let go. If your roof is leaking its possible that the washers under your roof screws have perished which is caused by inferior screws being used and mould and rust eating away at the washers leaving a gap for the water to drip in.... 03.01.2022 Plenty of roof re screws going on , My clients are opting to stop the leaks by replacing very rusty roof screws that have perished washers underneath them. Plenty of extremely happy clients and businesses taking the HOT out of their work place and homes with the fantastic solar extraction fans! ... 02.01.2022 Mixed bag over the last 2 days, 2nd lot of photos with the heavy mould has the heat shield paint on it, this paint brings the mould 10 times quicker than normal and can destroy paint and also your roof sheets, give me a call before it gets to this stage to keep it under control. 0412985518
