16.01.2022 Hello Friends, A WORD OF WARNING ! It seems in Victoria we are having a infestation of slugs. We have had multiple PCB boards come back this week including the boss' home gate all with slug damage. The thing is they creep up the conduit from the drive unit to the PCB board - Slugs secrete a acid and they become like a electricity conductor between traces, This electrocutes the slug but will also fry the control board for your gate to, This can costs hundreds of dollars to fix. We recommend putting a few pellets of snail bait inside your control box and also blocking the glands where the conduit joins up to control box, This should deter the little critters.
