20.01.2022 Mindfulness. It’s a great thing. Keep an eye on those feelings of anxiety and uncertainty about the future. I’ve found myself getting stuck a bit inside my own head of late with everything going on, and it can be a massive creative block. Taking some time out from social media and news, and if you can, getting some fresh air can help. I like to think that there is a strong sense of community within the creative arts and hospitality industries and remembering that we’re all in this together has helped ease some of the stress. It’s important that we don’t loose that sense of community. It will be vita for getting things back on track down the road! Stay safe everyone!

06.01.2022 It is with great sadness we are posting to announce that on Friday 7th August we said goodbye to Neville Clark, who passed away surrounded by his family. Nevill...e lived with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma for 20 years and approached life with energy and optimism, even to his last days. He will be missed by his family, friends and the music industry he loved.
