23.01.2022 The 2019/2020 Australian black summer, saw unprecedented fires with devastation across 18.6+ million hectares, 3,500 homes destroyed and lives and animals lost. Our partner Daniel Lake, founder of @Sure Solar, grew up in Sussex Inlet and was a volunteer with the local Rural Fire Service for over 12 months. That´s why in early 2020, Sure Solar, FIMER and #SOLARWATT came together to support the Rural Fire Brigade at Sussex Inlet with the supply and installation of a new solar... and back-up battery system at their station. Our Managing Director Sascha Gotzsch watched the situation unfold from Australia and knew the effects were felt around the world: Even in Europe, the whole SOLARWATT team were horrified by the devastation caused by the Australian bushfires and we are thrilled to help the firefighters in some small way. A really big thanks to our partner Sure Solar and FIMER for the chance to honor the enduring energies of the volunteers in helping people, animals and environment.

21.01.2022 When glass-foil panels are stressed cell fractures occur which permanently reduce the yield of the photovoltaic panel. With #SOLARWATT glass-glass panels the cells are only bent along the neutral axis and not stretched or compressed. This prevents cell fracture. 14.01.2022 Youve already met some of our team members here in recent weeks. Today wed like to introduce @Britta Marg. She joined #SOLARWATT 1st of April 2020. Britta is responsible for supporting the Australian team especially in marketing and order management. Besides handling the incoming orders, she is the girl behind our social media activities. Being located at the German Headquarters, time difference forces her to start the day quite early but shes doing well.

10.01.2022 The other day we got the following request, perfectly illustrating whats making the difference Hi there, I am looking to get a quote to replace our panels only as inverter is running fine but original installer used a cheaper panel and they are now getting moisture in them and therefore causing error messages on our inverter so have unit switched off. 09.01.2022 Good news from #SOLARWATT. We developed our battery system further. The new MyReserve Command 25 will also be applicable for outdoor installations. That makes it even more interesting e.g. as support in an off-grid scenario. You can easily integrate a lithium-ion battery in an existing or new build installation to extend capacity and/or lifetime. The battery system still remains modular and consists of two basic blocks. MyReserve Pack stores the power and MyReserve Command manages it. MyReserve is manufactured in Germany and therefore guarantees German quality standards. SOLARWATT offers a ten-year performance warranty of at least 80% of the original storage capacity.
