If youre in the middle of hunting for your next home, you can continue to do so with a few restrictions put in place. ... Private Inspections Only: Until these restrictions lift, we can only show properties via private inspection with 1 attendee. This means no Open For Inspections and you cant bring the entire family to the viewing with you. Attendees will also be required to sign a COVID Disclosure Statement and provide a valid form of identification for COVID tracing purposes. If you dont feel comfortable leaving your home to inspect others, dont worry. Virtual tours via Zoom or FaceTime are all the rage at the moment and give you the chance to thoroughly inspect a property without leaving the comfort of your couch.
