Social distancing was just coming in, it felt impossible to treat people with hands on therapy and also do what is being asked of us..... Its been a doozy of a time on plant earth, thats for sure.... Ive been looking at things differently as we all have..... Adapting.... Homeschooling..... Living as best we can.... Yesterday I was on the hunt for loo paper.... " Not today" as Im always told... Then a perf...ect stranger came up to me and said" please come to my work, we have spare, I can offer you a few rolls". Gobsmacked and emotionally floored, ( not because its Toilet Paper ) but because of the kindness and generosity ... Kindness and generosity really fill voids and places in you, that have little holes in them from sadness and change.. So I just wanted to share this... 08.01.2022 Hand Reflexology Small intentions can make great change. Intention is everything when it comes to reflexology so whilst you give those hands of yours some love with a luscious cream , you can always add a few appropriate points to help along the way. Recipes for my sanitizer detox. Exfoliation 1tablespoon of coconut oil 1 tablespoon of sugar . I add sandalwood essential oil, because I love it mix together... Masque ( not essential, a nice bonus) any facial masque is fine. I used bentonite clay with a splash of apple cider vinegar and a squeeze of honey Moisture your favourite moisturiser, of course I use Omveda body lotion, now is the time to work those reflexology points and massage those amazing tools. Our hands, how would we get a grip of life without them I feel like its a little bit of balance now. All the sanitizer during the week is now replaced with these treats. See more

01.01.2022 So I am closing my clinic doors today. Its a very strange feeling, Ive worked with my hands in touch therapy for almost 17 years and now its a different time.... Lots of good stuff happens in a treatment ( as you know) and I want you to know Ill be here, working out a new way of being for myself... As we all will....Interesting times....
