24.01.2022 A warm hello to the wonderful Bendigo Community, and loyal locals to Eagle Coffee! As some of you may know, Brock and Bree recently parted ways with their beautiful Frankie caravan, who has made the long journey for a bit of a sea change, relocating to the Mornington Peninsula. A little about me: My name is Charlotte, and have always loved van life! Working in hospitality for most of my life, the dream has been to have my own girl, embracing the nomadic lifestyle and provid...ing the best quality local goods, for the community! With disruptions due to Covid and shock of job loss like so many at the start of 2020, I decided this was the opportune moment to start fresh and take a leap of faith into my own small business. When meeting the Eagle and the Gravener Family, despite the uncertainty of looming restrictions, I felt at peace. Their passion and positivity that had gone into their business was clear, and I knew this was the beginning of a new adventure, chasing the sun! Which brings me to an introduction of the girls new name! Drum roll... "Sóley Sun Chaser" Sóley is an Iclandic and Scandinavian word for 'buttercup' and 'sun island'. Also the name of our puppy, who is our little sun chaser! My partner Anthony and I are are thrilled to have welcomed this beautiful caravan into our family and couldn't be more excited to get started after lockdown! (Stay tuned for new logos and branding!) I do hope the Eagle Coffee and Eagle hawk community will continue to follow Sóley Sun Chasers journey, and we cant wait for summer for you all to come and visit once we find the perfect spot on the beach! Our new Instagram name is @soleysunchaser :) Sóley likes to travel, and with family in the Daylesford and Camperdown VIC regions we know she will pop up at the odd market and be ready for events soon!
