11.01.2022 Meet Anita, our AMAZING Auslan Educator!! Hi, my name is Anita! I’m a very passionate person, particularly about learning, teaching and children. I have a Diploma of Auslan and a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood & Primary). I learnt Auslan 15 years ago and started primary teaching in 2013. I’m so excited to finally bring my Auslan skills and teaching experience together. I have always been inspired to provide children the opportunity to embrace their own passions, to fi...nd what excites them and to strive for success. I am honored to play a role in their journey of learning a language and developing their skills. Since learning Auslan, I have always had the need to use my skills. From communicating with check-out operators at the supermarket and assisting in emergency situations to teaching Deaf students and facilitating meetings with parents. Undoubtedly, Auslan has given me the invaluable gift of communication! I am privileged to share my Auslan skills and can’t wait for your child to start signing too!
