13.01.2022 This busker is allowed anywhere in Cavill Ave ( cause He's solo)... We are only allowed beachside ( cause we are a band) so he gets as close to us as possible, after we started , points his amp straight at us and turns it up full bore !!! We could turn ours up much louder if we wanted. We just moved 200 yards north and had a good time anyway.
