23.01.2022 We have planned for you a week of fun, adventure, quiet time, massages and spa treatments, yummy food, laughter, swimming, walking on the beach, exploring Balinese culture, dancing, yoga and workshops on cultivating a sacred life. We will soak in the serene magic this beautiful island has to offer as we immerse in morning & afternoon yoga & meditation, engage with daily workshops focused on deepening your understanding of yourself, indulge in pampering and self care rituals, ...laze, journal, explore, relax by the pool, and maybe sip a cocktail or two as the sun sets. The focus will be around discovering and affirming what is it to truly embody PEACE in your body and in your life as we travel through each day with an intention to open to our truest, most authentic self. We will explore sacredness in nourishing and uplifting ways as we relax into the beauty, support & transformational healing that such a retreat and location ultimately brings to body, mind & spirit. Whilst there will be plenty of time to practice on the retreat, we will also create lots of space for you to luxuriate, rest and rejuvenate with time for you to do as you please. Its been a long while since I have posted here school holidays and Christmas have been a crazy packed hair pulling adventure and I have loved every minute Big huge thank you to my new likers over the break, I look forward to connecting with you x Im very soon back to Reiki and readings and this year I will have more services up offer including crystal light healings and Yoga classes. Imagine having a place where she can learn to find her voice, learn to love her body, celebrates her life mile stones of becoming a woman instead of being ashamed, learn how to respect herself and her fellow sisters and soooo much more I am in the process of bringing this to the commun...ity, creating a sisterhood for our beautiful girls to be nourished and supported through one of the most important transitions of her journey in a safe and sacred space.
