23.01.2022 Hi guys, just an update on all procedures relating to COVID 19. As most clients are aware, the salon is open by appointment only- to ensure social distancing requirements are met. There are plenty of ways to book an appointment (il post a refresher for you later today) with appointments available Wednesday through to Monday. When you book an appointment you will receive a questionnaire to fill out before you come in, we also ask that you wash or sanitize your hands when you... first arrive at the salon, well provide everything for you. We also have masks available if youd like to wear one for your appointment. Due to the new recommendations regarding masks, we will be wearing them for all treatments. We know this is a lot to deal with but your safety and the safety of everyone in the salon is top priority - sorry for the novel and we hope to see you in the salon soon #staysafe See more

13.01.2022 SALON UPDATE (I apologize for the novel) Weve had a lot of people contacting us the last few days about when well be back in salon so we thought wed give you an update at this stage were not too sure when well be back, but as soon as we know; you will too if youd like an appointment when were back and you havent already been in contact with us, send us a message with your phone number and what treatment youre after and well add you to the list! ... Expect some big changes when were back in salon, I dont want to give it all away but we will have our very own skincare range, natural, affordable and made more or less just for you! As well as that, were working on a body range. These products will be implemented into our treatments and will be available for retail purchase in salon and online. Weve been doing some study during isolation and will be implementing four new treatments -more on those treatments later, but it will be SUPER exciting. Aswell as that were in the process of giving the salon a bit of a spruce up and getting it ready for you to come back in - lots of flat pack building for me in the near future il post some updates on our Instagram page so make sure you follow us ( solitudebeauty ) Lastly were in the process of working out some new payment options for you as a client. 12.01.2022 A must have in any skincare routine, Ive found over the years a lot of clients dont understand the importance of cleansing, and with the right type of product. Harsh soaps and washes can disrupt the natural oil production on the skin which in turn can cause more problems

10.01.2022 All finished . After a very hard year I’m so glad to have got through it with such amazing clients and friends. I will be on holidays for the next few weeks, returning to work on Wed January 13th. I might do some pop up appointments during the holiday period so keep your eyes on fb/insta. 09.01.2022 Very exciting news today, the beauty industry will be back open from this Thursday If you have had your appointment canceled due to restrictions or youve asked to be put on the list, you will be the first to be contacted (expect a message from me this afternoon ). Once Ive got through that, Ill open up online booking again. All the rules relating to covid will still be the same as before restrictions. ... - the salon will be by appointment only (no walk in clients), Ill post a the ways to book an appointment again shortly. Please refrain from bringing peoples your appt. - you will be asked to complete a covid related consult that will be sent via text before your appointment, and we kindly ask that you dont come in if youre feeling unwell (unfortunately youll be asked to rebook) - the new rules bring about some changes to treatments; well only be able to perform treatments in which you dont need to remove your face covering, so no facials or lower facial waxing for the time being sorry guys. - Masks are mandatory at all times in the salon Cant wait to see you all again, I will get back to everyone as quickly as I can

07.01.2022 Just an update on our covid 19 protocols that are in place at the salon. Our biggest concern is keeping you safe, so even though all this extra paperwork, rules etc is frustrating, please follow them to ensure were all doing our best! Thankyou to all the lovely clients that have done the right thing in the past weeks In regards to bookings, i will post availabilities later in the day. At this stage apart from small 15min services, were looking at a 2-3week wait for bigger treatments (so send me a msg ASAP if youve been thinking about booking in soon). We do also have a waiting list so Im more then happy to pop you on that if you need something on a specific day. Thankyou to everyone for their fantastic support throughout this period, we really do have the best clients

06.01.2022 Some small changes when we come back to work (just for the next few months) The door will be locked during client appointments for social distancing measures. If youve been to the salon youll know our entrance and waiting area is quite small which restricts the amount of people that we can let in safely at the one time. Ill post in the next few days, the different ways to contact us and make bookings and there will also be a sign on the front door of the salon. ... In terms of bookings, Im finally up to date but also am nearly booked out for the month of June! If youd like to come in and you havent contacted me yet, now is the time. We will be implementing breaks between each client to allow for cleaning/ disinfecting which means that days are filling up very quickly. Lastly youll notice a change to our hours for the time being- they will revert back to normal eventually but for now it gives us extra time to make sure everything is running safely and smoothly Sorry for the novel (again) and will hopefully see you in the salon in the next few week xx
