08.01.2022 Do you have at least or just $1 to give? There are about 100 calves Fires In The Macleays have been funding to feed. Milk costs $95/bag and Pellets cost $35/20kg bag. They are refraining using milk as it’s too expensive. Feeding should be about 6 bags a day for the young 100 calves previous weeks but they’ve stretched on 4 bags/week. Now the calves are about 3 months old. 1.5kg is supposedly to be fed to 1 calf per day, therefore... 150 kg /100calves per day which is 7.5bags of 20kg/day ie. $262.50/day The calves are still growing.
