25.01.2022 Onsite for a customer inspecting a control board. In the next few weeks a replacement unit will be built and shipped to site. The new upgrade will add additional features for the operators and ease of fault finding.



24.01.2022 A pump station currently being worked on. This application can be started locally via push button control or remotely via ipad or phone apps. All designed, built and to be comissioned by SEC.

20.01.2022 Quick disconnect push button remote control prepared and shipped to a customer in SA at short notice.

18.01.2022 Another job done and dusted in WA and big thank-you to Gary Pike of Mt Hardy Electrical the site contractor for all the hard yards put in. Design and assembly of new VSD cabinet completed by Solutions Electrical Contracting.

15.01.2022 A call out from this afternoon a customers variable speed drive had stopped working and began throwing fault codes. The unit was full of dust over the 3 phase connections which had caused numerous issues even under powering the motor and damageing it. Could of potentially been a real disaster if the VSD hadn't failed completely due to the many problems.

15.01.2022 Another AB Smartguard safety system cabinet completed for shipping to a customer in WA. This board is a retro fit to an existing system. Install to be completed in the coming weeks. Full design and final install will be completed by Solutions Electrical Contracting.



15.01.2022 The start of installing a 50m deep 5.5kw bore setup. In the coming week all control and supply boards will be mounted ready for testing.

13.01.2022 Slowly but surely the project in SA is coming along. All wiring and interlocking complete with a few hydraulic issues on the front end of the existing machine. Comissioning begins tomorrow morning at 8am. If all goes well hand over to the customer will take place in the afternoon.

09.01.2022 The beginning of a new 200Amp CT metering system. Designed and assembled by Solutions Electrical Contracting to meet customers specific requirements.

08.01.2022 Bendigo Pistol Club range boards well and truly underway. In the next 6 weeks the complete install will be finished.

07.01.2022 Some late night programming taking place for a customer in WA.

07.01.2022 Some remote input/output boards reacently rebuilt in SA for a customer. All boards were re-cabled, labeled and tested. A total of 6 rebuilt and the main PLC cabinet. Also the program was reconfigured for the customer for correct operation. Below in the first photo is a fully rebuilt station and the other 2 are the before photos of untouched stations prior to work commencing.

07.01.2022 One of the largest underground projects we have undertaken and on the future home of Solutions Electrical Contracting. Total cable length was 800m from shedding to bore and we laid 90mm poly at the same time.

06.01.2022 Upgrade of a 630 Amp 415V distribution board for a customer. Board assembled onsite to installation specific application. Drawings and initial engineering by Solutions Electrical Contracting.
