Unfortunately due to a large amount of no show clients recently, All bookings will need to be confirmed prior to attendance. We have decided to implement a new policy, We do this because our appointments take multiple hours. We also require a minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule otherwise a 50% surcharge will be charged for all clients that do not attend there appointment. Because our availabi...lity is limited we can only hold a tentative bookings for 1 day, after that time any bookings that are left unconfirmed we will either call or sms to remind you to confirm your appointment.
