08.01.2022 Sunday 20th - Lunch and Drinks. If you would like to join us please let me know so that I can cater accordingly. Wednesday 23rd is the last day of training for this year. Classes for next week are booking out so make sure you book your class now. We will reopen on Saturday Jan 2nd.

06.01.2022 Great classes this morning everyone. So good to see your smiling faces. I was very impressed with the form of your exercises after the Christmas and New Year overload. Great to hear the laughter and conversations as people caught up. Looking forward to seeing many more or you back next week.

06.01.2022 I have just updated the class times for 2021. There will now be a 0915 and 1015 class from Monday to Friday. Please double check your bookings if you had booked into any of the 0930 classes in 2021. Don't forget the NEW YEAR SPECIAL of 6 classes for only $90. These classes must be used in January. Please add your name to the list in the studio if you are planning to come to the Christmas lunch on Sunday 20th Dec. Would love to see you there.

05.01.2022 There is currently scheduled maintenance on the mindbody site. Please don't worry if you cannot do your bookings at the moment the site should be up and running again in about 40 mins. Don't forget the New Year Special which is on sale now. $90 for 6 classes to use from Saturday 2nd Jan - Sat 30 Jan inclusive. Yes I will be open again on Saturday 2nd January.
