19.01.2022 A couple of weeks ago I had another massive lesson on perfectionism... As some of you know, back in September, after I had a dream of doing a photoshoot with @vickyjay_ I was looking for the perfect location and sabotaged the whole experience. A few weeks ago we arranged another date, I had a vision, but still my perfectionism was there and loud, I couldn't hear it as I love things in a certain way, and trust me, I've worked a lot on this piece...... but my body knew, I was sick all week, and on the day of the shooting too I was extremely low on energy, and the shoot was just 1h away. I choose to use all my tools to lift myself up, as I knew it would show in the pictures. The shoot was amazing, and I have incredible pictures that I will be using.. And yet... I have chosen this picture today because you can see that I was not feeling well. This is me letting go of another layer of perfectionism, and also showing up with even more authenticity, and using pleasure even in hard days (you'll see some delicious pictures soon!) WE ARE ALL UNPERFECTLY PERFECT I am running a FREE workshop on my FB page Magnetic woman. 18.01.2022 I am one of this people that carried a belief that I have to do it myself, and a core unworthiness, comparing myself to others. It took me years of being in a self development journey, to feel the freedom and the massive reward of asking for help. 07.01.2022 It's your choice what to do with the inner metamorphosis within you, that inner call for change and transformation. You can either fight/ignore it/avoid it, or embrace it. 02.01.2022 I've been hiding a lot, I didn't think I was good enough to have it all.. A couple of days ago I wrote a piece around perfectionism... What if.. Everything is perfect as it is? ... Our bliss, pain, grief, sorrow and joy.. What if they are here to shape us and expand? What if every lesson is a step where we can choose what to do with it, and take responsibility for our actions? What if.. WE HAVE THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE? We are so lucky to choose what to believe, what we want to attract, and how we want to do it! Something massive from years in a cave has shifted for me recently, but the first piece has been saying YES to myself, as this lifetime I've chosen pleasure, freedom, love and abundance.. Life has been showing me the way! What has helped me is shedding layers and conditioning of unworthiness, is pleasure and mindset and inner work!
