23.01.2022 SILICONE WORK Do you have to re-silicone the bath tub, shower or kitchen sink but not sure where to begin? The first step is a good quality kitchen and bathroom silicone with mould inhibitors. Normal roof and gutter or general purpose silicone just wont last and will most likely discolour and grow mould. 14.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM Hi, I'm Emma, I am married to Chris and started working with him in 2016 after having our first child. I was naïve and thought I could get heaps of the office work done for him with a baby at home.... Ha!....Cue daycare! Now 4 years on and I am in a steady routine in my role of office administrator and enjoy what I do. It's a rewarding feeling working alongside Chris to help build on what he started and together alongside our growing team we are proud... of our achievements. My previous work was a little different, working as a Pharmacy Assistant for 11 years, however it gave me many skills I have brought along to this role, including customer service and some management skills just to name a few. As far as hobbies and interests are concerned, I don't have time!! haha, with 2 small children running around to keep up with, spare time is very hard to come by, but I wouldn't have it any other way

12.01.2022 INSULATION EXPLAINED R1.5 ...... R3.5 ...... Fibreglass ..... Polyester ..... Roof blankets ..... Sisilation paper ... Confused yet? These are all forms of insulation. Insulation is measured and quantified in R values. A fibreglass R1.5 batt and a fibreglass R3.5 batt are essentially the same material but the 3.5 is thicker and has the capacity to expand more therefore offers a larger R value. Essentially R1.5 would be a wall batt and say a 3.5 would be a ceiling batt. "Can I put a R3.5 batt in my walls? That would be better right?" In theory yes, but in reality the batt is only as good as what the wall cavity will allow it to expand to. You can achieve a higher R value in your walls if required but this will require a high density batt. Batts come in various materials from fibreglass, polyster and wool. 11.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM Introducing.... MITCH Mitch has been with us since the start of 2019 and is currently completing his carpentry apprenticeship. This will be his second trade as he is also a trade-qualified roofer. It is great to have him bring that extra industry knowledge to the team. Mitch is continually impressing us with how far he has come and it is clear to see he has a passion for his job through his great attitude.... Mitch is a busy dad, so doesn't have a lot of spare time these days, but does enjoy camping and four-wheel driving when the opportunity arises.

But what can we tell you about it? It's just a toilet, they're all the same right?? ... Wrong! P trap S trap Close coupled Back to wall There are many different types of toilets to choose from, each with their own features, benefits and of course, price differences. The style of trap is where the main pipe extends from. We find with the majority of our clients that back to wall toilet suites are very popular. Whilst they may cost a little more they are far easier to keep clean as well as hiding the majority of the lower pipework. 01.01.2022 Yesterday the boys went along to Taylor Safety Equipment and had their 12 monthly fit tests for their respirator masks with SureFit Services Pty Ltd. It is important that these masks fit properly as they provide protection against silica and general dust inhalation. We like to make sure we have ticked all the boxes when it comes to PPE so we would like to say a big thanks to these guys for making it convenient and easy to have the test.
