25.01.2022 This is my client Anthony doing 80kg squats! He started 4 months ago doing 30kg, a great achievement after training once a week because of a busy work schedule. He told me the back pain he use to get, he no longer feels due to having stronger back muscles to support his spine, which will only get stronger as he continues to train using only basic barbell movements. Well done Anthony!!
24.01.2022 This is my mum doing 64kg paused deadlifts at 3bz fitness. A great deadlift variation helping you focus on the first part of the movement while making it harder by pausing a few inches up the leg, making a regular deadlift not so daunting from the start.
24.01.2022 This is my client David doing a 142kg squat. An amazing effort considering his previous best 6 months ago was 133kg. Gaining strength from barbell movements like this has given him confidence and makes his timber framing job a lot more manageable. Way to go David!!

22.01.2022 This is my client Leonard, at 72yrs old just started training with me a few weeks ago, having never done anything like this before. He is doing a 50kg deadlift variation exercise, which is perfect for strengthening up the back and hips. He is making amazing progress and continues to feel even better the more he trains, coming in once a week.
21.01.2022 I got a 200kg deadlift today! This has been a while in the making, after pulling my right glute 6 months ago. Just got it looked out before losing my grip.
17.01.2022 I lifted this 95kg stone successfully! This movement is part of a strongman class that I will be running starting this Saturday from 10-11am right up until the strongman comp held at agrotrend on the 9th of May. It will be $10 per class for any non members of 3bz fitness.
15.01.2022 This is my client David doing tempo squats. A simple squat variation that slows down the squat making you concentrate on your balance and control to make sure the weight resistance goes straight up and down. A great exercise for anyone wanting to improve there technique.
14.01.2022 I got a 140kg squat, the heaviest I've done, beating my previous best of 135kg. This is possible for many people do to with constant training under my guidance with proper nutrition, doing heavy squats like this makes everything else in life seem easy.

13.01.2022 This is my client Kyle doing 116kg squats! After training the squat twice a week for 6 weeks, adding a little more weight each time, while losing 11kg of body weight in the process, making the lifting belt much more effective to wear.
10.01.2022 This is my client David doing 152kg partial deadlifts. A great way to increase the weight you can handle in the lockout position on a regular deadlift, simply by making the range of motion shorter.
10.01.2022 This is brittany, lifting a 65kg atlas stone! A movement that was part of the recent strongman comp, hosted by 3bz fitness. This is her first time lifting this stone, such an amazing achievement, considering she didn't think she could get it off the floor as she was warming up with lighter balls.

Chris had never done anything like this before and is constantly amazed by what he is able to do. Everybody is able to get stronger, you just have to train the right way.

04.01.2022 This my first attempt at the log press, since competing in the strongman comp, which is a movement as part of the recent competition held at the bundaberg agro trend. A great full body movement, focusing on overall shoulder strength, which can help to improve a barbell shoulder press.
02.01.2022 Doing some banded bench press at 3bzfitness. This is a great way to improve your lock out at the top of the movement, simply making it harder to finish the press. Using these bands gives me about 20kg of extra tension at the top while being the regular weight at the bottom with the band's relaxing.
