25.01.2022 Front Yards - thank you to the residents who have removed any items that should not be there. There are still a few residents who are yet to remove items would appreciate everyone ensuring no building materials, pavers, gardening tools, broken furniture etc. being visible from the road.

24.01.2022 Speeding - This is still a problem in the complex, majority of drivers are adhering to the 20km/h limit however some are still ignoring the speed limit. Ute owners please secure and cover your loads as nails and screws are being found on the road.
