07.01.2022 In our house we always seem to have a lot of injuries mainly from sports related incidents. We tend to rub a lot of those sorenesses out with the Ice Blue Rub, (side note: which is amazing) often whilst rubbing the tender areas you get a lot of owwwww from the injured to make light of that in our home we band ow and replaced it with hoot Achilles related soreness is often related with a lot of hoots so we are now trying this blend of oils, which I have labelled ho...ot What silly terms do you use in your home?

04.01.2022 Winter is here, like tomorrow although I think its been here for awhile already. It is the season for Snuffy noses, congestion and coughing. Here is one way to replace an item we all have in our cupboards (although not me any more after reading and googling the ingredients yuk) DIY Chest Rub... 3/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup shae butter (this is optional you can just go a full cup of coconut oil) 35 drops Easy Air 8 drops Lavender ** 5 drops Frankincense ** ** these oils are optional Create a double boiler and add the coconut oil and shae butter into a bowl over the boiling pot. Once the ingredients have liquified remove from the heat. Give it a good stir, then add your oils and stir well. Carefully poor into a sealable container, metal or glass is recommended. Place in the fridge to set Then your ready to rub and breathe in the amazing blend. P.S if using on infants decrease the amount of drops of the oils
