22.01.2022 LITTLE CHEF’S BAKING ADDCTION Today’s Bake: No oven- Condensed Milk Cake Topped with lychees and strawberries ... Recipe: 60gm softened unsalted butter 4 eggs 390gm condensed milk 225gm self raising flour 1 tsp baking powder Whisk butter till smooth Add eggs and whisk till combined. You’ll find there’ll be lumps from the butter that’s ok. Add condensed milk and mix again. Sift in flour and baking powder and mix till just combined. Pour batter into lined tin with baking paper Put a wire rack inside an empty big pot and set it to low heat Place the pan over wire rack, cover and and let it cook for an hour or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let it cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Dust with icing sugar
