24.01.2022 One more step forward towards opening the cottage. Foxtel was installed today. Started the cornice work yesterday.

24.01.2022 Have been supplementing the cow feed. Even Honey has her own bucket. Not that she is eating much, she pushes it around her bucket. She knows which one is hers.

24.01.2022 Today spread out dirt pile and dug stay holes for sleeper retainer.

24.01.2022 Fridge and stove in front of the building complete; except landscaping. Thanks to Tony for his help today cleaning up.

23.01.2022 OK, picked up Ag pipe (that has gone up considerably since I last bought some) and the sleepers for back patio.

22.01.2022 Got the tractor back after it service. Was able to get in and do some more laying of pavers. Tony helped greatly to get the remainder of the whole pavers down. Just the cuts to go.

21.01.2022 This morning dug a trench for drainage. On the top side of the cottage. Thing were going well until I came across an old tree stump.

21.01.2022 Another job down. Front paving done. Still needs a drive ramp and door ramp. The light at the end of the tunnel starting to loom large. Hope its not a train.

20.01.2022 First calf born this morning. Mum and bub doing fine. Voo the Sheep is keeping a watchful eye over them checking in regularly to make sure all is well, as it is Teddys first.

19.01.2022 Watered the animals and started getting the architrave ready for the main bedroom.

18.01.2022 Douglas really did not want to move this morning to let me in the shed to muck out the old hay. Reluctantly, he decided he better move before he got run over.

18.01.2022 Was able to get out and do some more paving before it go to dark to work outside. However, most expensive was able to continue as she has lights.

17.01.2022 Crusher dust/blue metal done thanks to Tony for his help today. Paving is next up.

17.01.2022 This morning started to put in the cut pavers to finish off the front parking deck. Most Expensive continues to do plastering.

16.01.2022 Retaining wall finished and back fill in. Next move is to put in blue metal/crusher dust before paving.

13.01.2022 For Sale; 1 jig saw traditional recurve. You will need to put together before use. $100.

09.01.2022 Another great day of Archery; well, for some. Tony found some timber, and Brady had a bow mishap. Another Newbie family joined us today.

08.01.2022 This mornings effort, got the reinforcing in for the concrete ramp. Will concrete in next couple of weeks. The trench at the start is so the slab does not slide down the hill over time.

08.01.2022 Most Expensive finished all the flooring. Now I have to get the last of the kick strips and doors in and then the furniture starts.

02.01.2022 Started to install drainage, underlay in, Ag pipe with geo sock in and gravel in. Just the geo-matting overlay and topsoil to be done.

01.01.2022 Honey is doing well, she is a blond. Watched her have a drink, do a wee and poo. Had to clean up mum (teddy) after birth had not clear properly. Was able to get a pat and cuddle. Teddy was great about it.
