24.01.2022 We haven’t stopped working at any stage over the past three months and to no surprise, we are busier than ever. I guess it’s because we only sell South Australian wine to the local market.

24.01.2022 We find it seems to be easier and easier to find reasons why Adelaide is a great town. A perfect example, Roxie’s. It’s pretty much booked out all of the time, so book.

23.01.2022 Our favourite exercise at Somm is to write wine lists with great venues and work with other diverse wine companies. It was a joy to collaborate with Andy Thomas from DWS in the first chapter of the New Lantern wine list. The dishes were beyond our already high expectations, and we hope you will enjoy what we put forth to match. Thank you to Nu and team.

23.01.2022 A full house at the first wine lunch since we started this pandemic thing, with Dowie Doole wines at the Windmill Hotel. Fantastic food and wine. The new release 2017 Estate Cabernet is a brilliant wine. We look forward to showing it to you in July.

Thank you also to our awesome Adelaide Hills wineries Riposte, Anderson Hill, Barratt & Gestalt, and particularly Ben Anderson and Nick Knappstein for your support and words on the day.
