20.01.2022 Trying a couple of different shapes. Large scone cutter ones and small hand-shaped ones. It makes you appreciate how much work goes into making each pineapple tart! 19.01.2022 I will miss spending Chinese New Year with Mum and Dad in Singapore this year, eating lots of goodies and watching wuxia movies on TV. Making pineapple tarts this year, I have always been too lazy, but necessity is somebody's mother. I am going to give my mother's (and her mother's) recipe a try, starting with a real , not canned and no food processor. Well, maybe for the pastry.
