22.01.2022 In the last year or so I havent been that careful to my diet and nutrition as I usually am and I started to experience confusion, sluggishness, exhaustion, demotivation, migraine and very fatigued in the morning.... A month ago I thought that I had enough! So I reorganised myself in a more loving routine and dietary discipline. Cleared out completely from my diet: sugar, dairy, meat. Within 3 weeks I did slim down puffiness from water retention and stagnation, I got 90% of ...energy back, no exhaustion at all, waking up feeling relaxed and regenerated and HAPPY with a spark of amazing motivation!
