25.01.2022 Never been politically correct so we’ll just say it as it is. The latest round of bull shit restrictions means we have to cancel our next gig. No show Mt Gambier nothing for the rest of the year. Oh well. As Cartman says Screw you guys I’m going home.

20.01.2022 Huge shout out to all that came to the Elizabeth RSL last night. We appreciate you guys so much. Thank you for travelling from Moana in the South to Gawler in the North and lots of places in between to come and see us play. We love sharing our passion with you. Also cannot praise Elizabeth RSL enough. There is a venue who is doing things right. Security was friendly but onto it, management were relaxed but also on top of it. Hospitality towards us was awesome and really ma...kes the difference. We were allowed to do our job as entertainers and the venue management and staff took care of the rest. The crowd knew the rules and we still had a bloody great night. There are a few wankers out there that could learn a lot from these guys. Thank you all so much for everything. Rock On.....

03.01.2022 Hey Rockers the accommodation at the Commercial Hotel Mt Gambier is now all booked out. Just down the road is the Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments. It is within walking distance and good place to stay. (Have stayed there myself) Numbers at the gig are limited so if you are making the trip, definitely let us know so we can make sure we have numbers on the door. We don't want you making the effort to be refused entry. https://www.facebook.com/events/3356449744437091/?__cft__[0]=AZWRebj8O7Q_Jy_TpndmWgN4_D_ljyu3otQyWlZ4XjxwRNc76Nibp9bbmYbGkJE-mAtPs1H7OU3JyxZxOmeVf3xpoMeU5meNnJpztrkC5iHKMFQm2tGVqIHAdPE1k-PRvdgk56rOn6vfp2pd9flaCjehLTk27-uYcmEjWFfrBeauhWX8cJRxdJn98_JGWYD3NKQ&__tn__=H-R
02.01.2022 Nevermind the Bollocks, Here’s Nirvana Look at any rock history retrospective, and it will list at number one Nirvana’s Smells Like Teen Spirit as the most important song of the 1990s. As the nation was awash in New Jack Swing and the last gasps of hair metal, the three-chord distortion of Teen Spirit blew it all to smithereens. Singer/guitarist Kurt Cobain quickly became the poster boy for the grunge movementwhich was a no-frills music and fashion statement that came to... embody much of ’90s rock. Here we are now, entertain us, Cobain screeched, letting his natty hair fly in the face of conservatives. Nirvana’s contribution to radio was extra punk in that the mainstream came to it, not the other way around. With Butch Vig’s crunchy production and Cobain’s lyrics that defied the usual love songs on the airwaves, Nirvana and kin redefined the rock star. Grunge musicians owed more to the freewheeling writing of Pixies than to the virtuoso excess of Led Zeppelin. Films like Cameron Crowe’s celebrated grunge couples and the artists that shaped their relationships (Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, and more). Suddenly, this group of supposed slackers became kings. In the wake of grunge’s success, a second wave of similar acts emerged: Stone Temple Pilots from San Diego, teenage trio Silverchair from Australia, alt-rock balladeers Live from Pennsylvania, among others. The detuned guitars, fiery drumming and husky vocals of these artists were omnipresent until about 1998 when a peppier vibe infiltrated rock music.
