25.01.2022 Well it's the end of a huge year!! So long 2020!! Hopefully you are all able to find some time to recharge ready for the year ahead. Whether that's by you being able to read a book, go for a run, visit with family or friends or just get some family time away together. If you are finding yourself or some one you know is feeling a bit overwhelmed with depression, anxiety or general everyday life, then please feel free to send a private msg to us at the Sonshine Toy Library. Som...etimes having some one to share with or to pray for you can make a lot of difference. We also have many resources (such as the books pictured and many others) if you are after some personal reading. May the year ahead be full of God's love for each of you.

23.01.2022 TERM 3 OPEN HOURS We will be opening for service from the carpark on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9am to 12pm, during term 3. Note we are not open in the afternoons. If our hours do not suit you, I am meeting people at toy library by appointment. Text me for a time to suit you. Please do go online and see photographs of all our toys and books and dvds. Make a list of the numbers you'd like to borrow. Email, message or text us your list and we will gather them for you a...nd bring them out to you in the carpark. Find toys you didn't know we had and also check out the new toys. All returned toys are being cleaned with a metho solution and fabric toys are being washed. New borrowers are also welcome. 23.01.2022 While click and collect is still going on at Warragul, we have been able to work on getting a few things organised and fixed up ready (hopefully) for a fantastic 2021 together! Thanks so much to Bucknall Electrical for all of their hard work. Lights and switches have been replaced to keep us all safe as well as helping the toy library to run more efficiently. The place looks brighter and they came out so quickly to do all the work. They are a fantastic, local business to supp...ort. We are still working on getting a washing machine hooked up for our kitchen area. And hopefully a bigger trough too. This will help our marvellous volunteers who spend so much time cleaning and scrubbing toys. We all really appreciate the work that goes on to keep the Toy Library running and the toys available for all the children. #Thanks #SupportSmallBusiness #volunteer

23.01.2022 The Toy Library will be closed on Wednesday 11th of November for the day. Kerryn has an exam that day (that will take many hours to do) and would certainly appreciate prayer through out the day. Kerryn is currently studying a Bachelor of Theology, while also working. Kerryn works extremely hard for all of us at the Toy Library and we are extremely thankful for her work to support and care for each of us, as parents, carers and grandparents.

21.01.2022 We are having a GARAGE SALE!!!! Everyone is welcome to come have a look, say hi and find some treasures to buy and take home with you. At the Warragul Sonshine Toy Library on Saturday 30th of January, from 8am-11am.... We have so many toys, from duplo, wooden doll houses, cars and trucks, all types of blocks and construction, bikes, scooters, baby toys and so so much more. Share this post with your family and friends. They are all welcome to come down and find a bargain. You will be required to sign in and use handwash upon entering. Toys will be payable by cash. They don't have prices on them, so please pay what you can, a price that seems reasonable. See you all then!!

Drouin Toy Library is opening on Monday mornings 9-12noon Starting Monday November 23rd the Drouin Toy Library will be open for you and your children to come in, say hi and borrow some toys. We will have a limit of 20 people in the building/outside area (this doesn't include babies under 12 months). 3 of these will be volunteers, who will take your name and details, to keep records due to Covid. If the toy library isn't too busy then you will be able to stay an...d have a play. If we have lots of people coming then you may be asked to limit your stay to 20-30mins and then take your toys home. That way more people can have the opportunity to chat and play. Please bring your own water bottles or food as we can't serve you anything. If the jumping castle is up then parental supervision is necessary and the max number of children at a time is 3. Toilets and change facilities will be open. If you have never been to our Drouin facility, you can find us in the hall at the Drouin Presbyterian Church. The Warragul Toy Library will still be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings for click and collect. The information in this post is for all Warragul and Drouin Toy Library borrowers. Please have your toy selections either emailed, texted or a Facebook msg, at least 24 hours before you are wanting to pick up. This allows time to find and gather toys or make alternate suggestions if a toy is already being borrowed by some one else....
