16.01.2022 Hello yoga friend's! All yoga face to face yoga classes have now been suspended due to the current situation. I am working on delivering free, at this stage, yoga sessions on line and through Facebook Live feed. Continuing with yoga will benefit your overall physical and mental health which will be important to help us get through this challenging time. My feeling about this situation, along with many others, is that this is an opportunity to strengthen the connection to... your own inner life, letting go of the usual outward focus and busyness of the outside world. Stayed tuned for this new way of participating in yoga. Classes will resume face to face when it is safe. May peace be with you all. Om Shanti See more

05.01.2022 This poem from Rumi opens us to the beauty that exists within us all, our perception the only limit. Increase your powers of perception, awareness, through Yoga. The wine of divine grace is limitless: All limits come only from the faults of the cup. Moonlight floods the whole sky from horizon to horizon;... How much it can fill your room depends on its windows. Grant a great dignity, my friend, to the cup of your life; Love has designed it to hold His eternal wine. - Jalal-ud-Din Rumi (Translated by Andrew Harvey from A Year of Rumi)

02.01.2022 Due to interest from new students wanting to join classes I am planning a new class for Wednesdays at 5.30pm. The numbers will be limited to 5 participants. The Monday morning and evening classes, currently full with 5 students in each, are going well. Everyone needs to bring their own mat, cushion and blanket. Investment remains unchanged at $18 or $16 for centrelink card holders. If you would like to secure a place get in touch to secure your spot.

01.01.2022 In addition to the classes in Moonah I have a regular class at Lauderdale Community Hall on Wednesday mornings 10.30am till 12pm. There is plenty of room in the hall to accommodate new students. Take a drive to this beautiful area, have lunch in one of the cafes, with a walk along the beach after the class to extend your morning of yoga and relaxation.
