25.01.2022 6 YEARS IN BUSINESS . Another successful year under our belts here at SCEP and what a year it has been! . Like for everyone in the world, this past year has been challenging and uncertain! For us , back in March we literally went dead over night , enquiry stopped entirely , our phones were close to silent, Cara was heavily pregnant and we were were very unsure what the future held for the company ... covid 19 definitely made an impact... . Thankfully within a couple of weeks everything started ticking again and within 6 weeks we were back up and running and busier than ever . We are so proud to say that it has been the biggest year of our careers for all of us! Well done Lachlan and Ed on a brilliant, dedicated , strong year! . The silver lining of this whole pandemic and the quiet few weeks we had, enabled us to reassess our business model, refine and redesign a few internal systems and get innovative and creative with the way we appraise and market property. . We implemented virtual appraisals immediately- that were really well received, we ensured all properties going to market had a 3D detailed walkthrough floorplan - which were ideal during the times we could not even conduct inspections or open homes and for those who were interstate and unable to travel and we had the time to check in with clients to offer any help we could or just for a chat . Our business is running better than ever, the team have a really nice work/life balance thanks to the past year and we look forward to another great year with our team! .
