04.01.2022 WEEK 1 CHECK IN Spring Challenge on @thebod_ (imma few weeks ahead of you all!) What a week that was! We got a new puppy, the twins birthday, Nels birthday, Father’s Day- huge! Current cals: 3300 ... (Huge decrease from those following me 2 years or so ago!) and I may need to bump them down if the bod don’t shift. Reason? Drinking, not eating enough and being slack! Days over: 1 (yesterday, I had a BEHD day) also got my period today and it all made sense. Current caffeine: 1 per day- achieved! Water: 3L daily Meditation: ahhhh consistent with my morning wake up medis and no arvo ones Alcohol: none Sleep: SHOCKING!!!! (New puppy!) Training: 5 days weights & 2 reformer Pilates No running. No cardio. General day flexible dieting: Oats Coffee Shake Pear or banana or chocolate rice cakes Lasagne Apple Pizza Ice cream Shake Supps: Omegas Mushrooms Magnesium @happywayau I am soooooooo happy to have actually started on a goal driven path.
