25.01.2022 More formal makeup from Friday. We made this beautiful girls eyes the centre of attention they deserved to be!! Working with her inspo I created a look that suited her features. I always say to my clients I will use their images as inspiration only to design a look that compliments them- 9 times out of 10 they have a different skin tone/face structure and it's an extremely filtered and edited photo! I don't filter or edit my photos. I feel that's so important!

24.01.2022 Bridal trial this morning for this gorgeous lady. Loving the pinks at the moment, I used my favorite pure loose pigments from @kyliesprofessional in rose gold, shelly, vamp and pearl in the inner corners, i added 'playful' blush pigment to add more pink to the look. Pigments are amazing to mix and create that tailor made look! Super excited for a busy wedding season next year. 18.01.2022 Makeup is about expression, creativity and colour. It was so much fun creating this fierce look. Marley has the most amazing eyes so I wanted to emphasis them with a play on a wing creating a strong liner under the eye to meet my black wing and then echoed the colour in the temple. My tips for a perfect wing - lift the eyelid skin to ensure you are getting the colour right near to the lash line ... - I love an angled brush for application - have cotton buds or a clean brush with a bit of primer on to clean up and sharpen the line if needed - Always create the wing itself with eyes open, its pointless having a beautiful wing with eyes closed if when the eye is open its the wrong shape for your eye! @marleyfenn @cabralphotography

13.01.2022 Natural, glowing, youthful makeup for this gorgeous client today for her semi formal. My client wanted natural soft makeup, that accentuated her features and was age appropriate. Totally loving her choice of style, I went with soft pinks and warm browns to bring out her beautiful blue eyes, a soft contour and blush to accentuate her cheekbones and a lip colour to tie it all in!

Okay so i didnt have any pretty accessories that looked right so i totally picked a sprig from the garden, but added some flowers or a pretty broach or clip can look gorgeous Ive been playing around with half ups this week, that undone boho vibe are always requested ane i just love them. Which do you prefer in this one, the flowers or without?

02.01.2022 Who loves a ponytail? Whether you like a more textured pony tail or a slick back one like this, I'm a big lover of the ponytail, especially in this heat!! Hot tip- for long hair such as this clients hair, I have actually made two ponytails and joined them together. Having two helps distribute that weight and avoid a sag! A golden smoked out eye and a soft neutral lip finished this look off. Loving getting everyone ready for their Christmas parties

02.01.2022 Love this picture!! As we went with a bold eye for our missy Elliot inspired shoot, I wanted to keep the skin glowy and healthy looking and the lips just gently accentuated. 02.01.2022 Makeup on my beautiful bride from the weekend- natural but glowing. If you are after a natural look i love using dewy foundations, cream blush, and well blended neutral eyeshadows (these ones are from my favorite @viseart neutrals mattes palette). Some individual lashes, a thin top eye liner and a rose lip can still create a big of soft glam without being too much.

01.01.2022 Makeup on my last formal girl on Friday. It's always the best feeling when you hand them a mirror and then say 'wow' and doesn't she look stunning. We went with soft purple tones to bring out her gorgeous green eyes. I love using a cream blush on the cheeks, it just creates such a natural healthy glow and then set with a powder blush. Individual lashes, opened her eyes without being heavy to wear or masking her eyes too much.
