The only manufacture that offers customers phone support hotline, is Swann, I have installed lots of brands and they generally only support installers. And are not user friendly to configure and recover Cctv footage.. axis are another brand for commercial sites, pc based systems with allot of various options including access control and intercom.

Your cable size most likely will be undersized! 1.0mm for a 3.5kw element is inadequate. The cable would need upgrading. This is due to plumbers replacing them without a care in the world!
