This is a winner Remember like all batters they need to sit and rest for best results, this pancake batter can last upto a week in the fridge 1/4 tsp Bi-carb soda... 80g raw sugar 320g S.R flour 2 eggs 20g vanilla essence Method add Bi-carb, raw sugar, S.R flour to your TM. bowl blitz on speed 9 for 20 seconds add eggs, milk, vanilla essense blitz on speed 8 for 20 seconds push the excess from the side of your TM bowl into mix and blitz again! You should have a smooth/no lump mixture "blitz again if needed" transfer to a seal proof container and store in fridge, cook in a pan with on medium heat with plenty of melted butter Enjoy

Whilst bacon is baking add 2 cloves of garlic to roast Make sauce of choice!
