22.01.2022 What a fabulous turnout at our first Active Farmers session on the weekend! Thanks to everyone who came! Also a huge thanks to our Masterchef @WilliamNadin for cooking our delicious BBQ with one wing! It was great to meet Ginny Stephens founder of Active Farmers. Hay is now the 33rd town in Australia to have started Active Farmers! Looking forward to seeing everyone on Monday 1st April for our first official session

19.01.2022 Exciting News! As of today pilates will now be held at The Waradgery Club (located at 136 Pine St, Hay). All ages and skill levels welcome! Cost is $15 and all you need is your mat, drink bottle and comfy clothes. It's never too late to start

19.01.2022 It is with a very sad heart that I announce that as of Tuesday 16th April 2019 SoPhysio Health has closed its doors after 3 years of service. It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. I would like to thank all my loyal clients and the community of Hay for being so welcoming and supportive. Hay really is the best community anyone could ever ask to be a part of and I thank you for welcoming me into it. I would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this causes. 07.01.2022 Our wonderful Active Farmers Class will be held on Monday again at 6pm! We had a wonderful turnout this week with 16 people coming to socialise and get their fix of exercise! To purchase classes please download the Active Farmers App and look for ‘Active Farmers Hay’ under Monday 8th. There are many options to choose from when buying classes. You can buy one or multiple . Just click on the icon in the top left corner, then click on ‘buy’, then click on ‘Active Farmers @Hay’ . At this stage we only have one class per week so don’t purchase any of the 2 classes per week options please message if you have any issues or questions xx
