24.01.2022 WOW THANK YOU EVERYONE WHAT A FABULOUS OPENING DAY It was so lovely to see so many familiar faces and also to welcome many new ones We hope you are all enjoying your strawberries tonight With being so busy today, unfortunately our strawberry patches will need a few days to recuperate. We are keeping our fingers crossed by mid week to have some good ones again. If you are planning to come picking this week, please check this page for regular updates or call us on 62653100 Our cafe and shop will be open and with the lovely weather forecasted for the next few days, what better than relaxing on our deck with a homemade Devonshire Tea or your favourite cup of coffee We will be offering for the next 2 days our Devonshire Tea for just $10, so that's even more reason to call in and say 'Hello'. 21.01.2022 LAST DAY OPEN TODAY FROM 10AM-3PM We have decided with the current situation, it will be the best decision to close our doors However, we will re-assess the virus situation coming up to the Easter Long Weekend with regards to possibly re-opening our fruit picking for just that period FRUIT PICKING TODAY: We have a fabulous crop of super big, super sweet and super juicy strawberries ($10 a kilo) 3 varieties of nashi (Japanese pear) and some pears ($4 a kilo) All our fruits are'naturally sun-ripened' and 'spray free' PLEASE NOTE: As we are strictly abiding by all the rules and for the consideration and safety of others, please do not arrange to meet all your friends here for fruit picking .. 19.01.2022 Hi Everyone We are still hoping to re-open for our new season in early November ... the earliest possible date will be Saturday 7th. Unfortunately this overcast weather with no sunshine or warmth is not good for the ripening of our strawberries. We will be keeping a close eye on our strawberry patches this coming week. So please everyone, keep your fingers crossed for some good fruit ripening weather and keep your eye on this page for future updates

19.01.2022 Just updated our board We have a lovely crop of extra delicious strawberries Nashi is a good size, but not a huge crop, so don't leave it too long to come and pick these We also have 1 row of a crisp & tasty early season red Japanese apple (Akane) All our fruits have no chemical sprays on them Fruit picking available every day from 10am - 3pm Cafe open from 10am - 2.30pm daily serving homemade scones and a good range of hot & cold drinks Have a fabulous week and we hope to see you soon

15.01.2022 As we take the the current situation and especially the rule of 'Stay At Home' very seriously, our farm will not re-open over the Easter long weekend and is officially closed for this season As hard as it's going to be this Easter, with not being able to spend precious time with loved ones or relax in your favourite holiday spot ... PLEASE follow the very important rule of 'Stay At Home This Easter' and help protect yourself and others Even though it will be a very different celebration this year, we would like to wish each and every one of you a very safe and happy Easter

We are hoping to re-open in early November, but this will totally depend on the ripening of our strawberries At present we have penciled in Saturday November 7th as our earliest possible opening day. So keep your fingers crossed everyone for some good 'fruit ripening' weather and keep a close eye on this page for future updates

08.01.2022 Hi All Stunning day at the farm today with lots of delicious 'pick your own' strawberries available ($10 a kilo) WE ARE OPEN TODAY AND TOMORROW FROM 10AM - 3PM However after a serious chat today, we have decided with the current situation, it will be the best decision to close our doors from Monday 30th March Saying that, we will assess the situation coming up to the Easter Long Weekend and if it's possible for us to open for that .. 04.01.2022 How wonderful to have no active cases of coronavirus in Tasmania for over a week now. Fingers crossed we will be able to stay this way. Unfortunately this does mean we have to keep our interstate and international borders closed for now. So what a fantastic time and opportunity for us locals to travel and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us here. As we do not have a big crop, supply will be very limited this Sunday, so if you are coming then, we would advise you to ge...t here early to avoid disappointment. To enable as many people as possible to join in the fun this Sunday, we will have a maximum limit of 2 kilos per family.
