24.01.2022 It was a case of loads of smiles, sprints and sunnies as the youth development program and senior men and women respectively all hit the training paddock on a g...lorious Tuesday evening at Pembroke Park. We were glad to see so many familiar faces back, plus loads of new ones and one or two we hadn't seen in a while, as training cranked into full steam for the first time. New Technical Director Michael Monticchio ran a great first youth session, ably assisted by five of our senior youth players, who all stepped up to take on the role of assistant coaches to help Tiki keep a quality session with very strong numbers ticking over brilliantly. It was also good to see the ladies getting back into training, with coach Linda Gunn in charge again, while the senior men's coach Glen Roland put his players through their paces literally with a series of gruelling sprints. The youth and senior men's programs continue on Thursday (5pm and 6:30pm), with the women back again next Tuesday from 6pm. New players very welcome.

22.01.2022 We’re starting 2021 as we mean to go on and would like to invite new players and old to come along to Pembroke Park as our senior boys get back into training. G...len Roland’s newly expanded backroom team has been busy developing a professional and comprehensive pre-season program to build on the obvious improvements our exciting young Southern Championships teams showed during 2020. Weekday sessions begin at 6:30pm and Saturdays from 10:30am, so bring your boots and shin pads and come along to be part of what promises to be our biggest year yet.

Free sessions for juniors, so grab your boots, drink bottle and shin pads and come along for some pre season training with your juniors/youths and let's get the 2021 season off to an awesome year of soccer, soccer and more soccer!!! See you all at Pembroke Park with South East United Football Club next Tuesday (and this coming Thursday if you're super keen!)
